Directorate Changes

Bonhill Group plc (AIM: BONH), a leading B2B media business specialising in three key areas: Business Information, Events and Data & Analytics, announces the following board changes with immediate effect:

· Concurrently, Jonathan Glasspool, who has been Interim Executive Chairman since 7 April 2022, reverts to Non-executive Chairman.

Further information in accordance with paragraph (g) of Schedule Two of the AIM Rules for Companies (the "AIM Rules") on Patrick Ponsford and John French is set out at the end of this announcement.

Patrick Ponsford, Bonhill's Chief Executive Officer, commented:

"I am excited by the opportunity to lead the Group. The new financial services focused business that will emerge after completion of the BSG divestiture will be less complex and capital intensive and with higher margin. I believe that shareholders should see significantly enhanced returns over the next 18 months once the divestiture of BSG is complete."
