Total Voting Rights
Vitesse Media Plc announces that, for the purposes of the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the total number of ordinary shares of 10p each of Vitesse Media Plc in issue, as at the date of this notice is 25,603,787 with each carrying the right to one vote.
There are no shares held in treasury.
The total number of voting rights in Vitesse Media Plc is therefore 25,603,787.
The above figure of 25,603,787 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Vitesse Media Plc, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
