Board Resignation
Vitesse Media Plc ("the Company"), the AIM listed media business, announces that Cathy Humphrey is resigning from the board with effect from today for family reasons. She will oversee production of the audited year end accounts and will remain with the Company until June 2012. We thank her for her work for us and wish her all the best.
Executive Chairman, Sara Williams, will assume board responsibility for the financial function following Cathy's departure.
The preliminary results for the year ended 31 January 2012 will be announced in late May. As previously announced in the January trading update the board expects the outcome for the year to be broadly in line with market expectations.
