The Company has been advised that its Non-executive Chairman, John Coleman, was appointed as an independent director of Open Joint-Stock Company "Company "M.video" with effect from 16 June 2015 and was appointed chairman with effect from 18 June 2015. Open Joint-Stock Company "Company "M.video" is Russia's largest consumer electronics retailer and its shares are traded on Moscow Exchange.
