The Company announces that, further to its announcement on 7 February 2023, on 16 February 2023, Mark Stannard, Chief Business Officer of the Company, sold 31,100 common shares of $0.0001 each in the Company ("Common Shares"), in order to meet tax liabilities arising from the exercise of options.
Following this notification, Mr. Stannard has a beneficial of 206,226 Common Shares (which represents 0.07% of the issued share capital of the Company).
