Baron Oil (AIM: BOIL), the AIM-quoted oil and gas exploration and production company, focused on opportunities in SE Asia, Latin America and the UK, announces, that in conformity with the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority ("FCA"), the Company's issued share capital consists of 2,662,123,862 Ordinary Shares of 0.025p each with full voting rights. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of Ordinary Shares in the Company with full voting rights is 2,662,123,862.
The above figure of 2,662,123,862 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
