Further to its announcements dated 28 August 2018, 14 December 2018 and19 December 2018, Bank of Cyprus Holdings Public Limited Company announces that its €220 mn in principal amount of Additional Tier 1 Capital Securities have been admitted to the official list of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange and to trading on the Euro MTF market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange on 24 December 2018.
