Bunzl plc - Interim dividend for the year ending 31 December 2021
Further to the announcement earlier today of its half yearly results for the six months ended 30 June 2021, Bunzl plc (the "Company") confirms that the interim dividend for the year ending 31 December 2021 of 16.2p per share will be paid on 5 January 2022 to those members on the Company's register at the close of business on 19 November 2021. The ex-dividend date will be 18 November 2021. The latest date for receipt of elections under the Company's dividend reinvestment plan is 5.00 pm (UK time) on 10 December 2021.
