Bunzl plc - Interim dividend for the year ending 31 December 2023
Further to the announcement earlier today of its half yearly results for the six months ended 30 June 2023, Bunzl plc (the "Company") confirms that the interim dividend for the year ending 31 December 2023 of 18.2p per share will be paid on 3 January 2024 to those members on the Company's register at the close of business on 17 November 2023. The ex-dividend date will be 16 November 2023. The latest date for receipt of elections under the Company's dividend reinvestment plan is 5.00 pm (UK time) on 8 December 2023.
