Bunzl plc - Final dividend for the year ended 31 December 2020
Further to the announcement earlier today of its annual results for the year ended 31 December 2020, Bunzl plc (the "Company") confirms that, subject to approval by shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting, a final dividend of 38.3p per ordinary share will be paid on 1 July 2021 to those members on the Company's register at the close of business on 21 May 2021. The ex-dividend date will be 20 May 2021.
The Company also operates a dividend reinvestment plan ("DRP"). The latest date for receipt of DRP elections is 5.00p.m. (UK time) on 10 June 2021.
