In accordance with rule 9.6.14 of the Financial Conduct Authority's Listing Rules, Bunzl plc (the "Company") confirms that Vinodka (Vin) Murria, a non-executive director of the Company, has been appointed as Chair of Summerway Capital Plc, a company listed on the AIM Market of the London Stock Exchange ("LSE") and Marwyn Acquisition Company I Limited, which is to be renamed AdvancedAdvT Limited, a company listed on the Main Market of the LSE. Vin Murria has also been appointed as a non-executive director of Plum Acquisition Corp. I., a company listed on the Nasdaq Stock Market.
