The 2019 Annual General Meeting ("2019 AGM") will be held in The Park Suite at The Dorchester, Park Lane, London W1K 1QA at 11 am on 17 April 2019.

As required by the Listing Rules, copies of the 2018 Annual Report, the Notice of AGM and a Form of Proxy for the 2019 AGM have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
