February 23, 2012 Bankers Petroleum Ltd. Director Dealing
Bankers Petroleum Ltd. ("Bankers" or the "Company") announces that it has received notification from Mr Douglas Urch, the Chief Financial Officer of the Company, that, on 22 February 2012, he transferred 8,500 of his beneficially owned common shares in the Company ("Common Shares") into a Retirement Savings Account of which Mr. Urch is the only legal and beneficial owner.
As a consequence of the above transfer Mr. Urch's beneficial interest in the Company remains unchanged and he still holds 666,389 Common Shares, currently representing 0.27% of the issued share capital of the Company.
