Total Voting Rights

In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's (FCA) Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1R, the Company notifies the market that as at 31 March 2026:

1. The Company's issued share capital comprised 14,689,319,502 ordinary shares of EUR 0.50 each, each with one vote. Ordinary shares of EUR 0.50 each held in treasury amounted to 277,172,274

2. Therefore, for the purpose of the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1R, the total number of voting rights in the Company was 14,412,147,228 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
