Director Resignation
The Company confirms today that Paul Tiffany has tendered his resignation as a director of the Company, it is anticipated that his resignation will take effect from 31 December 2017.
The Company has commenced a process of recruiting a new Finance Director, and further updates will be made in due course, as appropriate.
