Correction: Director / PDMR Shareholding

An amendment has been made to the "Director / PDMR Shareholding" announcement released on 12 May 2011 under the RNS number 4962G.

The correct number of ordinary shares to be counted as being a beneficial interest to Mr Farley and his connected persons is 13,366, representing 0.06 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company, not 10,471 ordinary shares, representing 0.05 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company, as previously stated.

All other details remain unchanged.

Director / PDMR Shareholding

The Company was informed today that Alastair Farley, Non Executive Director, acquired 10,471 ordinary shares in the Company on 12 May 2011 at a price of 475 pence per share to be held in his Self Invested Pension Plan.

Accordingly, Mr Farley and his connected persons, have a beneficial interest in 13,366 ordinary shares, representing 0.06 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
