Director / PDMR Shareholding
The Company announces that Denis Petropoulos, Executive Director, was awarded 3,356 ordinary shares in the Company on 2nd November 2010 pursuant to the Group's Deferred Bonus Plan. These shares will form part of Mr Petropoulos's beneficial interest on the third anniversary of the award.
Mr Petropoulos currently owns 579, 858 ordinary shares, representing 2.75 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
