Director / PDMR Shareholding
The Company was informed today that Alan Marsh, Chief Executive, acquired 6,671 ordinary shares in the Company on 18 November 2008 at an average price of 267 pence per share and 14,878 ordinary shares on 17 November 2008 at an average price of 272 pence per share. Mr. Marsh gifted 10,000 of these shares in total to his adult children.
Accordingly, Mr Marsh has a beneficial interest in 1,203,551 ordinary shares, representing 5.72 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
