Director / PDMR Shareholding
The Company was informed today that Alan Marsh, Chief Executive, acquired 20,187 ordinary shares in the Company on 28 October 2008 at a price of 290.742 pence per share and 9,813 ordinary shares on 29 October 2008 at a price of 310 pence per share. Mr. Marsh gifted 10,000 of these shares in total to his adult children. Accordingly, Mr Marsh remains beneficially interested in 1,192,002 ordinary shares, representing 5.67 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
