Braemar Plc (LSE: BMS), a leading provider of expert investment, chartering and risk management advice to the shipping and energy markets, announces the following share dealing transaction by non-executive director, Catriona ("Cat") Valentine.
On 2 June 2025, Cat purchased 6,700 ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Shares") in the capital of the Company. Following this transaction, Cat's total shareholding is 6,700 Shares.
The notification set out below is provided in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation, which is part of UK law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018.
