Director / PDMR Shareholding
The Company announces that, on 30 October 2012, the Company's Remuneration Committee granted awards over a total of 130,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Shares") under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP") to certain Directors of the Company, as follows:

These awards have been made at nil cost, will vest over a period of three years and are subject to certain performance criteria based on the Company's earnings per share over a three year period.
