TheΒ CompanyΒ was informed today that Alan Marsh, Chief Executive, acquiredΒ 10,000Β ordinary sharesΒ in the CompanyΒ onΒ 4 JuneΒ 2008Β at a price ofΒ 497Β pence per share, of whichΒ Mr. MarshΒ giftedΒ 8,000Β toΒ hisΒ adultΒ childrenΒ andΒ the remainingΒ 2,000 sharesΒ were giftedΒ to his wife.Β Accordingly, Mr Marsh's beneficialΒ interestΒ has increasedΒ toΒ 1,172,002Β ordinary shares, representing 5.58Β per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
