Board change

Braemar Plc (LSE: BMS), a leading international shipbroker and provider of expert investment, chartering and risk management advice to the shipping and energy markets, announces in accordance with LR 9.6.11R that Steve Kunzer, non-executive director, will stand down from the board with effect from 31st January 2023, in order to take up the position of Chief Executive Officer of Lila Global, the shipowning subsidiary of Global Marketing Systems Inc. A replacement non-executive director will be appointed in due course.

Nigel Payne, Chairman of Braemar, said:

"Steve has been a great asset to Braemar over the past four years and latterly, during my tenure as Chairman, Steve has played a supportive role in developing the Group's new growth strategy.
