Braemar Seascope Group PLC26 February 2007 26 February 2007 Braemar Seascope Group plc ("the Company") Additional Listing The Company announces that application will be made to the UK Listing Authorityfor 6,250 new ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company tobe admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading onthe London Stock Exchange's market for listed securities. The shares have beenissued pursuant to the exercise of share options under the Braemar SeascopeGroup Plc 2003 Savings Related Share Option Scheme and were purchased at a priceof 148 pence per share. It is expected that admission will take place anddealings will commence in such new ordinary shares on 2 March 2007. Followingthis there will be 20,214,641 ordinary shares in issue.
