Braemar Seascope Group PLC19 January 2007 19 January 2007 Braemar Seascope Group plc ("the Company") Additional Listing Braemar Seascope Group plc announces that application has been made to TheUnited Kingdom Listing Authority and The London Stock Exchange plc for anincrease to the Company's existing block listing in relation to the 1997Executive Option Scheme ("The 1997 Scheme"). The application is to increase theblock listing by 334,000 Ordinary Shares of 10p each ("Shares") to be admittedto the Official List and to be admitted to trading upon the exercise of optionsgranted under The 1997 Scheme. The Shares shall rank pari passu with theexisting issued shares of the Company and will be allotted from time to time inaccordance with The 1997 Scheme. In addition, the Company announces that application has been made to the UKListing Authority for 3,750 new ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capitalof the Company to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authorityand to trading on the London Stock Exchange's market for listed securities.The shares have been issued pursuant to the exercise of share options under theBraemar Seascope Group Plc 2003 Savings Related Share Option Scheme and werepurchased at a price of 148 pence per share. It is expected that admission will take place and dealings will commence in suchnew ordinary shares on 26 January 2007. Following this there will be 20,201,691ordinary shares in issue.
