Annual General Meeting Webcast
Bushveld Minerals Limited (AIM: BMN), the AIM quoted, the integrated primary vanadium producer and energy storage solutions provider with ownership of high-grade assets in South Africa, announces that while it is still expected that shareholders will be able to attend the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") to be held at 11:00 (UK time) on 5 August 2021 at Oak House, Hirzel Street, St Peter Port, Guernsey GY1 3RH, subject to Guernsey quarantine regulations, the Board recognises that this may not be possible for the majority of shareholders and the Company is therefore providing an audio webcast of the AGM so that shareholders can follow online.
The meeting will include a question & answer session based on questions submitted by shareholders or their corporate representatives, with the deadline for those submissions being 17:00 (UK time) on 2 August 2021. To submit questions, please email: bushveld@tavistock.co.uk.

Shareholders following the meeting online will not be in attendance "in person" and so should continue to vote by proxy, in accordance with the instructions included in the Notice of AGM published on 30 June 2021 on the Company's website by 11:00 (UK time) on 3 August 2021.

ABOUT BUSHVELD MINERALS LIMITED
Bushveld Minerals is a low-cost, vertically integrated primary vanadium producer. It is one of only three operating primary vanadium producers, owning 2 of the world's 4 operating primary vanadium processing facilities. In 2020, the Company produced more than 3,600 mtV, representing approximately three per cent of the global vanadium market. Bushveld Energy is focused on developing and promoting the role of vanadium in the growing global energy storage market through the advancement of vanadium-based energy storage systems, specifically Vanadium Redox Flow Batteries ("VRFBs").
