The Company has been informed that Jonathan Maguire, the husband of Septima Maguire, Chief Financial Officer, purchased 20,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in Benchmark ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 54 pence per share on 27 November 2020.
Following this transaction, Septima Maguire, together with her husband, have a total beneficial interest in the Company of 284,914 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.04 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
