Grant of Share Options
Belvoir Lettings PLC (AIM: BLV), one of the UK's largest lettings franchises, announces that options over 60,000 ordinary shares of one penny each were granted today to a newly appointed senior member of staff under the Company's Enterprise Management Incentive Scheme.
The options have an exercise price of 132p which is consistent with those issued in July to existing directors and staff and is in excess of the closing price on 23 September 2014. This valuation method has been confirmed with HMRC.
The terms of the grant under the scheme provide that there be a three year vesting period and that the options lapse on the 10th anniversary of the date of grant.
The total number of options now outstanding over Ordinary Shares is 898,399 representing 3.74 per cent. of the Company's total issued share capital.
