 Board Changes

Belvoir Group PLC (AIM: BLV), a leading UK property franchise and financial services group, announces that Michelle Brook has today been appointed to the Board of Belvoir as Financial Services Director.

Michelle has over 25 years' experience in managing financial services, including as a Regional Sales Director for Mortgage Advice Bureau until leaving to set up Brook Financial Services Ltd in 2010, which she ran until 2017 when it was acquired by Belvoir. Since then, Michelle has been the Managing Director of Brook Financial Services within the Belvoir Group. This appointment underlines the increasing importance of the financial services division to the Group's growth strategy.

Also with effect from today, Mark Newton, founder of Newton Fallowell Limited and Executive Director of the Belvoir Group, is retiring and will become a Non-Executive Director of the Group.

The Board is looking to appoint a further Independent Non-executive Director in due course.

The following information regarding the appointment of Michelle Jane Brook (née Wood), aged 54, is disclosed under Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.

As at the date of this announcement, Michelle Brook holds 475,162 ordinary shares in the Company and options over 9,527 ordinary shares.
