Blue Star Capital plc04 March 2005 For immediate release 4 March 2005 BLUE STAR CAPITAL PLC ("Blue Star" or "the Company") Investment in Gordian Investments plc Blue Star Capital plc (AIM: BLU), the company created to provide seed capitalfor early stage companies, is pleased to announce it has taken a 24.4 per centstake in Gordian Investments plc ("Gordian"), a company that today beginstrading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange. Gordian, which will trade under the ticker symbol GOR, is a newly formed companyestablished to capitalise on acquisition and investment opportunities in thetechnology, media and telecoms sector. Blue Star invested £275,000 in Gordian, in return for 24.4 per cent of thecompany's shares.
