BOARD CHANGE
Blue Star Capital announces that Dr Richard Leaver resigned from the Company as Chief Executive Officer on 18 July 2012. Anthony Fabrizi, a director of the Company, will assume his responsibilities as Chief Executive Officer with immediate effect.
The Board of Blue Star Capital would like to express its warm appreciation for Dr Leaver's work over the last four years with the Company and wish him well for the future.
