Fonebak plc18 December 2006 Fonebak Plc ("Fonebak") Total Voting Rights and Share Capital For the purposes of the transitional provisions of the Financial ServicesAuthority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the total number of ordinaryshares of 2p of Fonebak in issue as at the date of this notice is 19,199,995with each share carrying the right to one vote. There are no shares held in treasury. The total number of voting rights in Fonebak is therefore 19,199,995.
