DIRECTORS' DEALINGS
The Company has been notified on 24 September 2014 that Hanover Investors bought 212,000 shares in the Company on 24 September 2014 at a price of 235p per share.
Following this, Hanover Investors and its connected parties are interested in 5,217,651 ordinary shares, representing 6.6% of the Company's issued share capital. Matthew Peacock and Tom Russell, both executive directors of the Company, have an indirect beneficial interest in the shares held by Hanover Investors.
The Company has also been notified on 24 September 2014 that Jog Dhody, Chief Financial Officer bought 12,500 shares in the Company on 24 September 2014 at a price of 235p per share.
Following this, Jog Dhody is interested in 418,081 ordinary shares, representing 0.5% of the Company's issued share capital.
