EMPLOYEE BENEFIT TRUST DEALINGS

The Company has been notified today that the Regenersis Employee Benefit Trust bought 200,000 shares in the Company on 16 January 2015 at a price of 241.5p per share.

Following this, the Employee Benefit Trust is interested in 1,827,831 ordinary shares, representing 2.3% of the Company's issued share capital.
