SHARE ALLOTMENT AND TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS
Blancco Technology Group (AIM: BLTG), the industry standard in data erasure and mobile device diagnostics, announces that today 216,454 Ordinary Shares of 2p each ("the New Ordinary Shares") have been allotted at par in respect of the vesting of an award under the Company's performance share plan.
Application has been made for the New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission") and it is expected that Admission will take place on or around 1 October 2020.
Following Admission, the New Ordinary Shares will rank equally with the existing Ordinary Shares, the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue will be 75,580,296 and the total number of voting rights will also be 75,580,296. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Group under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
