Director/PDMR shareholdings
Regenersis plc (the 'Company'), a strategic outsourcing partner to many of the world's leading
consumer technology companies, received notification on 19 April 2013 of the following director
dealings in the ordinary shares of 2 pence each in the Company ("Shares").
On 19 April 2013, Dauphin Ventures Limited acquired 33,550 Shares. The average purchase price of these Shares was 197.94 pence per Share.
On 19 April 2013, Hanover Investors Management (Cayman) Limited acquired 12,200 Shares. The purchase price of these Shares was 198 pence per Share.
Matthew Peacock, Chairman of Regenersis, is a partner in Hanover Investors Management
LLP, and has an indirect beneficial interest in these shares. The combined resultant holding of
Hanover Investors Management LLP and its connected parties is 10,748,637 ordinary shares
equating to 21.62% of the issued share capital of the Company.
On 19 April 2013, Jog Dhody acquired 15,250 Shares. The purchase price of these shares was 197.9 pence per Share.
Jog Dhody's holding is 316,285 ordinary shares equating to 0.64% of the issued share capital of the Company.
