Appointment of Non-Executive Director
Regenersis plc (AIM: "RGS") ("Regenersis" or the "Company"), a strategic outsourcing partner to many of the world's leading consumer technology companies, is pleased to announce that Rob Woodward will join the Board as Non Executive Director with effect from 1 June 2013. Mr Woodward replaces Kevin Bradshaw who stepped down from his role last month.
Robert Stanley Lawrence Woodward (age 53) is Chief Executive of STV Group PLC and has significant experience in the Technology, Media and Telecommunications industry, notably with STV, Channel 4, UBS and Deloitte. A list of his current and past directorships is below:

There are no further disclosures to be made in respect of Mr Woodward under the provisions of paragraph (g) of Schedule Two of the AIM Rules for Companies.
