Board Change and Director/PDMR shareholdings
Regenersis plc (AIM: "RGS") ("Regenersis" or the "Company"), a strategic outsourcing partner to many of the world's leading consumer technology companies, announces a change to the composition of the Board and the approval of additional awards under the Incentive Share Plan 2 ("ISP2").
Board Change
Tom Russell has moved from the position of Non-Executive Director to a full time Executive Director role with responsibility for Strategy Development and Deployment, effective from today.
Incentive Share Plan 2 Update
The Remuneration committee has today approved the following additional awards under the Incentive Share Plan 2 ("ISP2") to Hanover Investors ("Hanover") and Jog Dhody. The additional awards made are:
