Fonebak plc11 January 2007 Fonebak plc ("Fonebak" or the "Company") Results of EGM Further to the announcement made earlier today, the Fonebak Board announces thatat the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held earlier today, theResolutions which were set out in the Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting included in the circular sent to Fonebak Shareholders on 19 December 2006 (the"Circular") relating to the proposed placing of 6,756,757 new Ordinary Sharesat 148p per share to raise approximately £10 million (in connection with the offer to acquire the entire issued and to be issued share capital of CRC Groupplc), were passed without amendment. As referred to in the announcement made by Fonebak earlier today the Offer willremain open for acceptance until 1.00 pm on 24 January 2007. A furtherannouncement will be made in due course.
