BOARD CHANGE
Blancco Technology Group plc announces that Rob Woodward has informed the Board of his intention to resign as Chairman and from the Board. He will step down at around the time of the Company's results for the year ending 30 June 2017, in October 2017.
The Company will now commence the process of appointing a new Chairman, which will be led by Philip Rogerson, Senior Independent Director.
Philip Rogerson commented:
"Rob has contributed a great deal to Blancco and I would like to thank him for his professionalism, clear stewardship and counsel. The Board regretfully respects Rob's decision to step down and he will leave with our best wishes.
