Total Voting Rights
In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6, we would like to notify the market of the following:
As at 20 December 2006, the issued share capital and voting rights of BISICHI MINING PLC are as follows:
BISICHI MINING PLC'S share capital consists of 10,451,506 Ordinary 10p shares with voting rights attached (one vote per Ordinary share). Therefore the total number of voting rights in BISICHI MINING PLC is 10,451,506.
The above total voting rights figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interests in, or a change to their interest in, BISICHI MINING PLC under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
