Grant of Options to Directors
Bisichi Mining announces that on the 18 September 2015 the Remuneration Committee of the Company approved the grant of options over ordinary shares in the Company of 10 pence (the “Options”) to the following directors of the Company, under the Company’s Unapproved Executive Share Option Scheme 2012 (“the Scheme”), as set out below:

The Options are subject to the terms and conditions set out in the rules of the Scheme, and subject to the memorandum and articles of association of the Company. The Options are exercisable at any time during the next 10 years from the date of grant stated above. No consideration has been paid for the granting of these Options.
