Scrip Dividend Timetable and amendment to Dividend Payment Date
Bisichi Mining plc announced on 19th April 2011 the intention to pay a final dividend of 3p to be paid on 8 August. It was also announced that it was intended shareholders be given the opportunity of electing to receive all or part of the final dividend in the form of fully paid ordinary shares rather than cash.
The timetable for the scrip dividend has now been finalised and the key dates and events are as follows:

The scrip reference price has been calculated as 170p, being the average middle market closing price of the Company's ordinary shares for the five consecutive dealing days commencing on the ex-dividend date of 29 June 2011.
Shareholders who wish to receive fully paid ordinary shares rather than cash in relation to the final dividend should complete the Scrip Mandate Form and return to Capita Registrars, Corporate Actions, The Registry, 34 Beckenham Road, Beckenham, Kent BR3 4TU to be received not later than 5.00pm on Monday 25 July.
