Bank of Ireland Group plc ("BOIG") today announces that on Monday, 10 March 2025 it purchased the following number of its ordinary shares (the "shares") on Euronext Dublin, from BOIG's broker, J&E Davy ("Davy"). The shares purchased will be cancelled.

These share purchases form part of BOIG's intention to buy back up to €590 million of shares as part of the buy-back programme announced on 25 February 2025 (the "programme").
