Additional Listing

The Company will make application to the UK Listing Authority and to the London Stock Exchange for 66,488,404 new ordinary shares of 0.1p each ("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to the Official list and to trading on the London Stock Exchange ("Admission"). It is expected that Admission will occur on or around 9 June 2008. The new Ordinary Shares are being issued in respect of subsequent consideration shares as specified in the Sale and Purchase agreement dated 3 June 2004 for the acquisition by the Company of Aquasol Limited.
