Stanelco PLC16 August 2006 Stanelco plc (the "Company") 16 August 2006 Additional Listing - REPLACEMENT This announcement replaces the announcement with RNS number 6197H issued at11.55 a.m. on 14 August 2006. The Company will make application for 10,313,068 new ordinary shares rather than10,313,067 as previously stated. Of this application, 2,306,663 new ordinaryshares are being issued pursuant to the exercise of options rather than2,306,662 as previously stated. All other details remain unchanged and the full amended text appears below withasterisks marking where the amendments have occurred. The Company will make application to the UK Listing Authority and to the LondonStock Exchange for 10,313,068* new ordinary shares of 0.1p each ("OrdinaryShares") to be admitted to the Official list and to trading on the London StockExchange ("Admission"). It is expected that Admission will occur on 18 August2006. The new Ordinary Shares are being issued pursuant to the exercise ofoptions under the Company's EMI Option Scheme by a number of employees inrespect of 2,306,663* new Ordinary Shares. The remaining 8,006,405 new OrdinaryShares are being issued in respect of subsequent consideration shares asspecified in the Sale and Purchase agreement dated 3 June 2004 for theacquisition by the Company of Aquasol Limited.
