Result of General Meeting
Biome Technologies plc announces that earlier today a General Meeting was held to vote in respect of the resolution to approve the sale by the Company of its entire interest in Biotec Holding GmbH to Sphere S.A. pursuant to the sale and purchase agreement dated 6 September 2012 made between the Company and Sphere S.A. on the terms summarised in the circular from the Company to holders of ordinary shares in the Company dated 7 September (the "Resolution"). The Company is pleased to announce that following the General Meeting, the Resolution was passed.
