The Company confirms that it has received notice that on 2nd October 2017, Ocorian Trustees (Jersey) Limited as trustees of the Billington Holdings ESOP Trust and as nominee on behalf of the underlying shareholders, have resolved to transfer all the shares they held in nominee to the underlying beneficial holders following their intention to close of the scheme.
Accordingly, the Ocorian trustees have disposed of 33,100 Ordinary Shares in the Company for nil consideration to the underlying shareholders. This includes a disposal of 14,000 to SGT Fareham, a non-executive director of the Company. The trustees now hold 7,800 Ordinary Shares, 0.060% of the total shareholding of the Company (being those held in the Trustees own name).
SGT Fareham, has confirmed that the Ocorian Trustees (Jersey) Limited have transferred the ownership of 14,000 Ordinary Shares for nil consideration to him and that, accordingly Mr Fareham now holds 17,603 Ordinary Shares representing 0.136% of the total shareholding of the Company.
