The Company confirms today that on 2 May 2019, Tarom Foundation sold 1,000,000 shares at £3.00 each per share and on 3 May 2019, sold their remaining shareholding of 135,000 shares at £3.00 per share.
Dr Alexander Ospelt, a director of Billington Holdings Plc, is a member of the governing council of Tarom Foundation.
Tarom Foundation now holds no Shares in the Company and accordingly no longer holds a disclosable interest in the Company.
