In addition, Cincinnati Bell is expanding its contract toinclude TDMA roaming financial clearing and settlement services. Cincinnati Belllaunched their GSM wireless service in 2003 and is the fourth largest US carrierto select BSG for TDMA services in the past year. Under the agreement, Cincinnati Bell's contract for GSM clearing services willrenew in October 2006 for another three years. BSG will begin supplyingCincinnati Bell with TDMA roaming clearing services immediately. BSG will fullyautomate Cincinnati Bell's clearing and settlement processes, giving them theability to exchange and clear roaming records among their hundreds of roamingpartners in over 160 countries through a single source. BSG will provide adedicated debt collection team for improved revenue assurance, as well ascustomized financial reporting in real time for all of Cincinnati Bell's roamingagreements and customers.
